Creme brulee cookies are great! From the custard cream to the caramelized sugar topping, they just can't be beat. The extras I ordered lost a little bit of the sugar crunch with time, but they were still really tasty several days later. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was that the sugar had a burnt edge, probably because the person with the torch tried to hurry her prep. But if you order these, you won't be disappointed!
