Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend transit delays and ensure cookies arrive as fresh as possible.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Kooky Cookies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Mechanical failures
  • Carrier scanning issues
  • High-volume holiday shipping periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging materials
  • The product received

We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during scheduled pickup times.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for refund.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, though accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
