At Kooky Cookies, every order is baked fresh and made to order. Because our products are perishable food items, please review the following policies before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences, flavor preferences, texture preferences, dietary preferences, appearance preferences, or a change of mind after purchase.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • “I didn’t like the flavor.”
  • “It was too sweet.”
  • “It wasn’t sweet enough.”
  • “I expected something different.”
  • “The cookie looked different than the photo.”
  • “This flavor wasn’t my favorite.”
  • “I changed my mind.”

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that taste is subjective and that refunds will not be issued solely because a product did not meet personal flavor expectations.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our cookies are made from scratch in small batches using our own recipes. Because each product is handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, texture, toppings, fillings, decoration, size, and overall presentation may occur from batch to batch.

Product photos are intended to represent the flavor and style of each item but may not exactly match every cookie received.

Gluten-free and vegan products are made according to our recipes and ingredient standards. As with all handmade baked goods, minor variations are normal and do not constitute a product defect.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging materials
  • The product received

We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during scheduled pickup times.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for refund.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, though accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

We make every effort to accurately identify ingredients and allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information prior to purchasing.
