This cookie was way better than I was even expecting - the icing on top really hit the sweet spot! And it’s carrot cake, so it counts as a serving of veggies, right!? In any case, I highly recommend!

Strawberry Lemonade I love the sweet of the strawberry + twang of the lemonade...this is a lovely treat.
